Front End Developer - London - (Hybrid) - Contract - £550.00 Per Day
A Front End Developer is required on a long term contract basis to work for a consultancy client based in London however the client are flexible on remote working a few days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translating designs and wire-frames into high quality code.
- Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, Webpack, EcmaScript.
Essential Skills And Qualifications:
- Experience working in React and able to demonstrate strong JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM
- Strong experience building single-page and progressive web applications
- Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Knowledgeable of CI/CD process with a DevOps mindset
Beneficial:
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, e.g. Bitbucket
