A market leading European Private Debt Fund Manager is urgently seeking a Contract Fund Accountant to start in October for a period of 6 months. There is a strong chance that this will convert to a permanent position so please get in touch if you're ultimately looking for a longer term role. The firm have an established presence in London and their Finance team is roughly 10 people strong with a sociable and collegiate culture. They don't outsource and as such this is a very hands-on role suited to someone with a proven background in accounting for closed-end fund structures.
The role itself will cover all day to day fund administration, fund accounting and investor reporting activities for your designated funds which are all private equity style structures with mostly Luxembourg SPVs. This will include all day to day financial control, LP reporting, stat accounts for corporate entities, performance analysis at asset and fund level (ie: IRRs) and assisting with aspects of regulatory and tax reporting.
We're keen to see people who are:
- A qualified accountant (essential) with a proven track record in accounting for PE-style structures
- Immediately available or able to start within a few weeks (end of October) at the latest
- Experience using Investran - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Strong Excel skills (sum ifs, pivot tables, basic macros)
