Eames Consulting is currently leading the search for a global Asset Manager who is looking to appoint a Fund Controller into their Private Debt team in a newly created position. The role sits in a closely-knit team of four and will be second in seniority, working directly with the Finance Director providing a fantastic opportunity to work directly with an experienced professional with the opportunity to support on a range of upcoming ad-hoc projects.
Having recently launched a new fund and more than doubling its AUM, the firm is keen to appoint an experienced funds finance professional that can play an integral part in its ambitious growth project. The core responsibilities of the role are hands-on as the organisation does not outsource so candidates must be prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Additionally, the incumbent must have an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve internal processes as the role will play a key part in upcoming finance-related projects.

Suitable candidates will be qualified accountants with 3-4 years of post qualified experience working with closed-end fund structures from an in-house environment
