I have been engaged by leading private equity organisation that is looking to hire into their team as a consequence of rapid growth in funds and size. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term opportunity to grow and excel their career within fund accountancy.

Key skills & experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant with minimum PQE of 2 to 3 years or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in maths, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • Prior fund accounting experience in private equity is desirable.
  • Ability to learn accounting and financial principals for numerous investment vehicles.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.

Main responsibilities

  • Fund accounting and reporting for the firms flagship PE fund.
  • Oversight of fund administer relationship including presentation of final results to the business.
  • Assist with some aspects of deal support.
  • Involvement in ad hoc project work.
