The Real Assets team of a top tier investment management firm are seeking a Funds Analyst to join their ever growing team based in London. The key responsibility of the Property Fund Analyst will be to provide fund analysis and financial modelling to the property fund management team.
Other duties will include providing modelling support to the transaction manager to evaluate return profiles, bid pricing and client specific fixed income and liability matching analysis. The roleholder will also be expected to analyse and deliver insight into areas of interest rate and inflation market data. There is also opportunity to work alongside the Fund Manager to win new business predominantly with insurance consultants advising pension funds.
The suitable candidates will likely be working towards their CFA qualification with experience of building Excel financial models. Experience of fixed income, property and liability matching asset classes are required in addition to an understanding of investment return calculations.
