Rapidly growing Infrastructure Fund Manager is currently searching for a Fund Financial Controller to add to their existing team.
Having enjoyed enormous growth in the past 5 years in terms of headcount and portfolio value, they are looking to facilitate further growth with senior recruitment in the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of fund management information (investment performance reporting, monitoring new investments to ensure that investment returns are as expected or optimised).
- Annual fund statutory accounts and subsequent audit.
- Administration of investor drawdowns, distributions, equalisations and general quarterly investor reporting.
- Interrogation of financial models (supplied by project accountants) and collation of investment reports to monitor and evaluate project performance.
- Progression to involvement with the asset management team and to provide business partnering role to the wider commercial and deal teams.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with up to two years post-qualified experience.
- Solid education, with 2:1 degree at university minimum.
- Experience within industry or practice of project and/or fund accounting.
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and working knowledge of financial models.
