Tasks will include; cash flow reporting to trade floor and monitoring of capstock activity; vendor oversight for the Fund's transfer agents and other service providers; trailer fee oversight and controls; trade processing oversight; and engaging in fund events.
Responsibilities
- Support the day to day management and oversight of vendors in relation to dealing, capstock activities, commission, trailer fees and fund operational activities.
- Key stakeholder in the cashflow reporting pipeline with responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting to the trade floor
- Execution of rebate and distribution agreement with holistic oversight of the end to end process.
- Participate in project implementation (local and global)
- Ongoing review of internal procedures
- Assist with ad hoc queries for clients (internal and external)
Skills
- Extensive Transfer Agency knowledge
- Operational oversight experience (cash management, trade correction)
- Proven experience in Financial Services; Fund Operations and/or with an Asset Management TPA oversight team
- Knowledge of trailer fee and rebate concept and practical application and experience of MS SharePoint would advantageous
