We are partnering a global bank with a strong presence in key dynamic markets and an excellent collaborative platform. Focusing on diversity and culture amongst its people, they are currently seeking to hire a Funds Selection Specialist (AD/Director) for their Private Bank.
Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Selecting top quality mutual funds to be onboarded to the platform
- Performing due diligence checks on the funds
- Meeting up with fund managers and external parties
- Working closely with management, CIO team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of investment views
- Training internal stakeholders on the new and existing product suite
Requirements
- Tertiary education with a strong academic track record
- Minimum 5 years of relevant funds selection or research experience within the private banking or asset management space
- Strong knowledge of the global funds, fixed income and/or the equity markets
- Self-driven, highly motivated and able to work as a team player
