Eames is currently working closely with a global reinsurer who is looking to bring on board a global deputy claims operations manager. You will support the global claims operations manager to ensure an efficient and compliant claims function is maintained and will be accountable for assisting in the design, development, implementation and on-going oversight of the operational environment of our client’s claims function. This will include current systems, guidelines, procedures and controls, as well as supporting the change management process.
It is essential you have experience within a similar role within a reinsurer or Lloyd’s Syndicate, with strong change management exposure.
