Global Markets Change Manager required to help build an internal platform to:
- Ensure the systematic capture, compliant re-use and optimisation of knowledge across traditional lines of business
- Capturing client needs, reverse enquiry and market colour
- Aggregation and distribution of client data to origination, structuring and trading
- Use of data for insights, predicting client needs, real time decisioning

- You will oversee the structure and delivery of the pipeline of work and face off to IT PM and very senior Front Office / Business stakeholders
