Our client, a global bank, is currently looking for a Head, Centre of Excellence to join their team. As a Head, Centre of Excellence with the bank, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a global Centre of Excellence (COE) for the Cyber Security function of the bank
- Managing a globally-dispersed team, and stakeholders
- Building up the COE’s self-service capabilities for stakeholders to leverage on
- Support the global stakeholders in the tracking and remediation of cyber security risks
- Proactively identify the needs of the stakeholders you support, and building up the relevant capabilities ahead of time
Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Service Delivery
- Experience in cyber security, risk, audit and regulatory compliance is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of leading a team
