Our client, a global bank, is currently looking for a Head, Insider Threat to join their team. As a Head, Insider Threat with the bank, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive global insider threat programme that encompasses DLP, Cyber Security, Fraud and Physical Security
- Working closely with stakeholders in cyber security, fraud, property management and even support functions to put in place controls that will minimise the bank’s exposure to insider threats globally
- Managing a small team of experts to design and implement the programme
- Performing scenario-based analysis and preparing the bank from a security standpoint from threats
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in cyber security and information security, with proven experiences designing insider threat programmes
- Physical security domain knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrable ability to drive strategic initiatives across the organisation in previous positions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
