A leading multinational re-insurer are seeking an experienced (re)insurance professional to head their Branch Operations in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the future development and success of the Singapore business.
The Branch Operations & Strategy Manager will have oversight of the local operating platform, covering both P&C and L&H, ensuring its adherence to Group standards, and regulatory framework.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversight over local operational platform (P&C and L&H)
- Acting as the Business Partner for the Location Head, in delivering the Branch Governance Framework Acting as the change agent to drive Operational Excellence
- Facilitating the implementation of market strategy & business plan, supporting the Head of Client Management
This unique role will require certain experience in branch operations, legal entity management and preferably some knowledge in business plan & strategy implementation. Individuals must possess strong stakeholder management skills, be an agent for change, as well as challenge the status quo.
