One of the leading brands in the London Insurance Market is hiring for a newly created role within their programme delivery and operational excellence division.
The Head of Business Analysis will take ownership of a team of nearly 20 BAs (contract and perm) facing off to a programme portfolio of circa 20 separate initiatives with a budget of £45 million.
You will be tasked with ensuring the function is operating effectively across the change portfolio and that standards are maintained through insightful metrics and a relevant training programme. Full line management responsibilities will also sit with this individual. The change portfolio ranges from technology and systems enhancements to projects of a more strategic nature.
You will have a background in analysis and enjoy existing line management responsibilities. You will ideally have a experience with the London Markets but a career within general insurance or the wider financial services sector (banking, asset management etc) would also be appropriate.
