We are currently partnering a global Private Bank to hire a Head of Business Management for the products and investments vertical. This role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong. Known for its strong brand name and culture, they embrace diversity, flexibility and have a cohesive work environment.
Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Drive processes and controls within the Investments and Products teams
- Maintain collaboration between front office teams to develop efficient and effective information sharing
- Ensure up to date product due diligence processes
- Help to develop and implement sales processes for the business
- Partnering with technology teams to implement updates in platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of private banking experience in a similar capacity
- Prior experience leading teams will be advantageous
- Familiar with product development, change management and investment/product processes
- Strong understanding of Private Banking investments offerings
- Excellent at stakeholder management
