I’m currently working with a top tier, forwarding thinking syndicate, who are looking to appoint a Head of Business Operations/Chief of Staff into their London Office. The role will be varied, and as such will have exposure across strategy, business/underwriting performance, process improvement, business planning, project management etc.
We’re looking for individuals with proven experience within a Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff role within Insurance, ideally with management exposure. You will demonstrate strong leadership and will have experience working with a variety of senior stakeholders, delivering on multiple concurrent business initiatives.
