Our client is looking to hire a Head of Capital to join their team. They are looking to grow their Lloyd's business which makes it a very exciting time to join.
In this role you will lead the capital modelling process which includes building, developing and running the internal model. You will also develop and lead the capital modelling team, coaching the junior members and supporting their development. This is a very visible role in the business with lots of autonomy.
They are keen to speak to FIA Qualified or equivalent Actuaries who have an extensive capital modelling background. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to build working relationships with stakeholders.
