Eames Consulting is assisting with the building out and expansion plans of an ambitious Lloyd's Broker. Our client is deploying the latest technology and IT systems to build the business and is looking to grow in all specialty classes.
Our client is seeking a Head of Claims to join a Lloyd's Broker to provide proactive management of a team of claims brokers in order to achieve high levels of satisfaction for the insured and broker through high quality claim management, resolution, compliance and unparalleled client service.
All applicants will need the following:
- Significant experience dealing with Property and Casualty claims in your current/previous role
- Experience in using ECF, CLASS and LORS
- Previous Lloyd's / London market experience within a claims environment is essential
- Demonstrable mentoring ability and good relationship skills
