Eames Consulting is working closely with a market leading insurance organsiation in search of a capable Head of Compliance to lead their large team through a crucial period of change. The role is based in central London, will last a minimum of 12 months and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to add a household name to their CV.

- Full responsibility for the Compliance function, driving key business leaders to gain a full understanding of regulations and ensure they embrace this positive change in order to keep a customer focus.
- Giving key advice and in some cases instructions to the business across the board with regards to regulatory accountabilities.
- Responsible for shaping the culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
- Developing plans for the compliance process and presenting this to key stakeholders.
- Implementing compliance planning for the Insurance Strategy to report to the IM and CRO on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring your team stay highly motivated throughout the project and keeping everybody on board with these vital changes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading a compliance team within a large Insurance organisation, as well as within the Financial Services sector. You must be familiar working within a 3LOD model and have experience within a multisite role. An in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential for this post and a strong presence will be crucial for your success as you must have a natural ability to influence others.
