A leading tier 1 bank located in Warsaw holds a shared service centre which provides various support globally for the organisation.
They are looking for a Warsaw Lead of Footprint Optimization. This will focus on implementation of strategies that enable the global service centre to run efficiently and ensure they meet the requirements of key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Management Office for Footprint Optimization Warsaw supporting the global team.
- Internal business development.
- Ensure migration methodology is robust and fit for purpose.
- Lead a high performing team of migration managers.
Desirable skills:
- Proven leadership skills in change migration.
- 10+ years of change experience, ideally in global banking organisations and/or consultancy.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across a variety of levels.
- Able to communicate exceptionally well.
- Excellent understanding of Six Sigma/Lean Tools.
- A solid experience of technology infrastructure would be highly desirable but not essential.
