We are partnering a global private bank with a strong presence in key dynamic markets. Known for their strong capabilities, growth commitment and focus on employee welfare, they are currently seeking to hire a successful individual to head up their Managed Investments (Funds) team.
Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strong leadership to the team of fund advisors
- Keeping abreast of market updates and regulations within the investment landscapes, especially within the global funds space across equities, bonds and other asset classes
- Working closely with management, CIO team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of investment views
- Providing sound investment advice to Investment Counsellors, Client Advisors and U/HNW clients on fund strategies and suitable investment opportunities
- Presenting investment ideas to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Tertiary education with a strong academic track record
- Minimum 10 years of relevant managed investments advisory experience across the mutual funds space, in a Private Banking or Asset Management platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in leading a team/mentorship will be advantageous
