I'm currently partnered with a forward thinking Lloyd's broker who are looking to add to their rapidly expanding Marine team. We're looking for an individual with a strong market reputation with the claims market, ideally across a breadth of marine products.
You will be accountable for managing a small team of Claims Brokers and will work very closely with the Head of Marine to ensure they maintain a an excellent and comprehensive service is being delivered.
As well as a strong management focus this individual will also be expected to develop strong relationships with clients and the wider market. This will involve resolving queries from clients, attending face to face meetings when necessary and negotiating with markets to ensure the best result for clients.
It is essential you have a strong understanding of the broking market and have operated in a similar role.
