Our client is one of the leading regional bank with a strong presence across APAC. They are looking for a strong leader with vast experience in Enterprise-wide Operational Support Services.

The Head of Operations Support Services will take charge in supporting all IT Systems used regionally and you will be responsible for:

  • Heading and managing the Enterprise Job Scheduling team to ensure and provide batch scheduling services support all Data Center
  • Developing / fine-tuning the Operations Acceptance Framework within Data Center Operations 
  • Performing regular risk assessments and ensuring compliance to policies and standards governing IT Operations
  • Facilitating regional process standardization to Operation Services functions 

As an ideal candidate, you must have at least 12 years of proven experience in managing Data Center Operations within FSI. Strong expertise in handling, supporting and managing Enterprise platforms - Mainframe, AS400 and Open systems. ITIL certified and conversant in ITSM and ISO is a must.
