Product Director / London / Insure-tech / Revolutionary Technology / £90-120k plus equity and benefits
My client is modernising the insurance world through it's revolutionary and ground breaking technology. They are working on key digital products that enhance and simplify the customers insurance journey through modern technology and ideas and are shaping the way insurance works.
This senior Product Director role is reporting directly to the CEO and you will work closely with them on product strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing several product teams and overseeing a range of products such as apps, internal ops, web products and more.
To be considered for this role we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Absolutely essential: experience in a start-up/high growth company where you have directly been involved in scaling and growth
- Experience in Fin-tech/Insure-tech essential
- 7+ years in a product role, moving up the ladder and now in a leadership role managing product teams and mentoring
- Must be technically minded and involved in the technical elements of product management
- Experience in B2C environments
