One of our client is hiring for a Head of Production Services to take charge of all operational excellence and delivery of automated support solutions. This role will play a critical role in the cross-functional Production Services, managing and leading diverse teams in implementing key process and automated solutions.
As the Head of Production Services, you will be required to;
- Drive all partnership with internal business stakeholders to understand needs and challenges on operational excellence initiatives
- Partner with IT and Operations teams to review end to end process, target proccesses and tools
- Take charge of designing and delivering solutions for realiability, stability and consistency
- Facilitate and champion strategies to achieve transformation change and input sustainable solutions
- Run workshops and identify list of efficiency projects
The ideal candidate must possess:
- At least 15 years of experience in change management position with at least 10 years of working knowledge in product support
- Proven operational experience working with multi-dimension delivery teams and align on business expectations
- Generic experience on all L1 production services that includes Infrastructure and Applications
- Financial Services and Banking experience is highly advantageous
