An exciting opportunity with one of the leading mobile wallet business in Asia. We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Product to lead the Product and Design team in enhancing the product capabilities. This role will be based in Singapore and report directly to the CEO, you will be required to champion the growth of Product and Design team as a key vertical in Asia.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholder to drive end-to-end product ownership and drive strategic growth opportunities
- Lead a team of product growth and design experts to offer organizational design thinking to best structure the team
- Explore market insights, identify opportunities, and execute business aligned growth strategies
- Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
- Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
- Suggest recommendations and influence team strategy using effective communication
- Support the business to work towards long-term ambitious goals, while identifying and achieving intermediate milestones
Requirements
- Minimally 8 years of product management experience and 2 years of managing a team
- Working experience in SMB with coverage of more than 1 Asia market is highly desired
- Extensive knowledge of B2C environment and consumer behaviour
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, and hands-on
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Understanding of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications is highly advantageous
