My Insurance client is looking for a Head of Regulatory Reporting to lead the Regulatory Reporting team responsible for producing solvency returns. Responsibilities;

  • Ensure regulatory reporting obligations in the UK are met including Quarterly and Annual Solvency Returns, Financial Condition Reports and Regular Supervisory Reports
  • Presenting to the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Board, Rating Agencies, Regulators and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the continuous monitoring of the solvency position and within risk appetite
  • Key point of contact with the UK regulatory authority for regulatory matters
  • Manage the implementation of changes to the UK regulatory reporting framework
  • Deputise for the Chief Accountant as needed

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as Head of Reg Reporting within Insurance managing multi-mullion pound budgets and headcount
  • Extensive Insurance accounting experience - IFRS, GAAP, Solvency
  • Qualified Accountant
