I'm currently working closely with a reputable syndicate on the appointment of a Head of Reinsurance Claims. You will work closely with the Group Head of Claims and will contribute in setting the strategic plan for the business unit, ensuring its implementation across the business.
You will be accountable for:
- Management of claims budget
- Delivery of claims business plan
- Oversight of outsourced claims services
- Resource planning
- Management of major claims outside
- Large Loss Reports
It is essential you have a proven track record operating at a senior level within the Reinsurance Claims market, along with strong leadership experience.
