Head of Reserving
A growing commercial motor insurer is looking to build out a reserving team, starting from the top down.
They are seeking a qualified actuary with strong reserving experience to develop the reserving function from relative scratch. You would also bring on board an analyst immediately to support the reserving framework. This role would also transition oversee the inception of a capital team after the first year.
The ideal candidate has a strong personal/commercial reserving background, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
