A leading Lloyd's syndicate are seeking a qualified actuary to lead their reserving function. The role will work closely with the Group Chief Actuary and will have 3 direct reports as well as a wider team of actuaries/analyst. In addition to leading BAU reserving, the role will also be heavily involved in wider transformation and strategic initiatives.
Candidates will be fully qualified with significant Lloyd's reserving experience. Previous board level interaction and team management experience is essential.
