Our client is an InsurTech company which fundamentally changes how companies who sell insurance can design and deliver insurance products to the market. They work directly with Insurers, Managing General Agents (MGA's), and Brokers, using leading-edge technologies. They have many global clients that benefit from the significant speed coupled with time and cost savings for the insurance sector. After several years spent designing and building the platform, it is now being used globally by some of the world's largest insurance companies. With this explosion in growth and interest in the products, the company is expanding globally and looking for highly talented people to join the team.

We would like to speak to intuitive and client focused people in the Insurance market. As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and being the figurehead for UK & International clients. This will require meeting clients and understanding the client's needs from a technical, product, and sales perspective.

The Head of Sales also dovetail with the Configurations team and the Delivery team to ensure that a world class service and roll out of the product is delivered.

The Head of Sales will also be expected to manage the pipeline of new and existing clients. With an impressive roster of existing clients the role will be split between Account Management and Sales but the company is in rapid growth mode so generating new pipeline will be incredibly important. The target list of clients in the Insurance industry across the UK and Internationally is enormous and the only limit on revenue generation will be making sure there is a world class Account Management team ready to support the clients.

The successful applicant will be numerate, knowledgeable of the Insurance industry (UK or Internationally), able to meet prospective and existing clients and will be able to generate revenue by maintaining a robust portfolio of clients.

Ideally you will have a degree in Business, Maths, Computer Science (or equivalent) and proven professional experience in a relationship manager/business development/sales role in a B2B environment. A high level understanding of the Insurance industry is essential.
