A gobal Top Tier Bank is looking for Head of Service Delivery within the HR unit to join a new establishment in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Support HR transformation initiatives and facilitate migrations as appropriate as aligned to the strategy.
- Ensure required standards of customer service quality are met consistently.
- Ensure that all required analyses, statistics and returns are completed acurrately and on time.
- Deliver HR Statuatory compliance activities, support audits/reviews by auditors/regulator.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, effective service level and risk management.
- Timely escalation and mitigation of outsourcing risk and exposure.
- Ensure qdequate governance on vendors through periodic review meetings
- Support implementation of HR Risk Management framework in the country.
- Timely completion of the controlled sample tests as applicable.
- Ensure Operational Risk and Compliance requirements are met.
- Facilitate audit/ compliance review for Service Delivery and ensure remedial actions are implemented timely.
- Partner effectively with the relevant HR partners.
- Motivate and develop team where required to achieve high levels of performance and job satisfaction through objective setting and review, setting personal development plans and effective communication.
- Ensure service delivery is within the allocated headcount and budget.

- Sufficient relevant experience within the HR Operations and Service Delivery arena
