Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a senior Service Delivery professional to come on board as part of a large ITSM transformation programme, in particular managing the delivery and integration of the ServiceNow platform.

Due to the nature of the role you will need the following experience.

  • Broadly experienced service delivery professional who has worked on multiple ServiceNow related projects and programmes for large enterprise global customers.
  • Strong experience across ITSM process ownership and management, (Major Incident, Problem, Change, Service desk).
  • Any experience around end to end delivery of IT infrastructure and application business services including EUC networks and data centre would be highly advantageous.
