Eames are currently assisting a Lloyd’s Broker on the appointment of a Head of Technical to join their team in London. This individual will be responsible for the oversight and management of the operations teams in order to achieve a high level of performance, productivity and compliance.
The role will have overall responsibility for technical administration, processing activities, quality control, MI, technical documentation, contract certainty and bordereaux production. You will also be responsible for reviewing and agreeing binding authority agreements so exposure within DA is preferred.
An ideal candidate would have a background at a broking house or MGA and be experienced in managing direct reports and providing guidance and support. Strong communication skills and attention detail are essential in this role
