Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a Speciality Insurer on a key hire to support them in the development and implementation of their risk appetite. Holding oversight across various functions with the sole purpose of driving performance and profitability in line with the strategy outlined for the business.
Forming part of the leadership team:
- Oversight of the delivery of the Underwriting strategy.
- Support the development of new products.
- Taking the lead in portfolio optimisation.
- Shaping the underwriting authority for the business.
- Horizon scanning, maintaining awareness of market conditions.
- Support in developing various functions including Policy Wordings, Governance, Compliance and Reinsurance.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Head Of Underwriting keen to take on new challenge. I'm also keen to speak with Underwriters with experience at Management level who are driven and motivated to take the next step up in their career.
Ideally you will have a Commercial Insurance background with good understanding across Property & Casualty.
