I'm currently working closely with a syndicate on the appointment of a Head of Underwriting Management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded syndicate and assist the Active Underwriter in shaping the future strategy of the business.
The Head of Underwriting Management will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Active Underwriter with the operational aspects of the Underwriting business unit
- Management of Delegated Underwriting and Policy Wordings function
- Oversight of risk management across the business and implementation of risk controls
- Management of Underwriting Processes and Controls
- Ensuring the syndicate remains compliant and adheres to Lloyd's minimum standards
We are looking for individuals who have operated in a similar role within a Lloyd's environment.
