One of Asia's leading fintech company is looking for an experienced Head of UX. You will be building out the group's entire design organization and lead the digital visions, strategies, directions, and initiatives across all their brands.
Responsibilities of Head of UX:

Build, lead and grow a highly collaborative team of product designers and establish design processes and implement industry best practices

Monitor and drive the product all the way from the creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders and C-suite in managing timelines, budgets and set directions for the team

Define the brand's product and visual design

Influence design-led thinking across the business

Mentor junior designers and be hands-on as and when needed
Requirements:

Experienced in managing a team of product designers

Strong foundational knowledge in UX, User-Centered Design, Human Centric Design, Interaction Design

Previous working experience working in finance or fintech industry is will be a bonus

Familiar in Agile environment, familiar across web and app environment

Experienced in building out design processes with shown success
