An insurance broker (regulated by the FCA) and market leader in arranging binding authorities and managing relationships my client is looking to on board an IT Assistant for their IT department, reporting directly to the IT manager.

Based in the heart of London with good access to tubes, you will join a buzzing IT team providing 1st line telephone IT support to users and assist other members of the team. You will be directly responsible for hardware and software queries.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills set:

  • You will be working as part of a small team so a team player attitude is essential
  • Ideally you will have basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 2012/2016 Server Support
  • Any IT help-desk experience would be advantageous
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) with great customer service skills and experience
