Looking for Business HR Business Analyst/ Project Manager/Consultant with strong experience in rolling out HR Systems!
A regional Financial Institution in Singapore is embarking on a HR Transformation. As such, they are looking for Business Analysts/Consultants with strong experience in driving and implementing HR Systems.They are ideally looking for someone who can take ownership of projects as the SME.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business heads and technology teams
- Understand the business driver and lead requirement analysis
- Document and analyse requirements
- Work with function and non-fucntional teams on delivery
- Challenge business on propositions as the domain SME
Requirements:
- Experience in Human Resource/HCM
- At least 10 years of experience in system implementation
- Experience in project management/business analysis
- Experience in Workday will be advantageous
- SME in HR processes and SAP(similar) system implementation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
This role could be a VP or an SVP depending on the seniority of the candidate.
