HR Implementation Change Analyst // up to £80,000 + benefits // 2 year contract

Have you been responsible for change management across global HR system implementation projects previously?

Do you have experience embedded change in multinational matrix managed environments?

A global insurance organisation are currently looking for a HR Implementation Analyst to focus on HR processes and Change management across their UK, Europe and LATAM regions, supporting regional experts in providing local insights about system design across key SAP SuccessFactor modules.

The role will act as a consultant working with the Implementation Manager to tailor deliverables for regions, monitor roll out status, communicate project status to stakeholders as well as acting as a Change agent to embed regional change and communication activities in close cooperation with the global project team.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Experience in project and change management within a multinational matrix management environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiating and communication skills
  • Experience in cloud based HR solutions is mandatory but experience implementing SAP Successfactors would be a plus.
