My client, a multinational FTSE 100 organisation is currently looking for a HR Programme Manager to lead the People Work stream of a post-merger programme of work

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and owning the overall integration plan for the people work stream.

Key Skills (must haves)

  • Experienced programme manager, with experience on HR and People aspects of a global post-merger integration
  • Knowledge of research business and / or technology industry preferred
  • Exceptional inter-personal, organisational and communication skills and can coordinate with multiple offices worldwide
  • Experience delivering HR change within complex global organisations
