My client, one of the globe's leading insurance brands, is seeking an IAM (Identity & Access Management) Programme Manager to manage all aspects of the IAM Programme within the wider security transformation portfolio.
Successful IAM PMs will:
Be responsible for delivering the multiyear PAM Strategy to the organisation
Manage a team of IAM PM's, and PAM/IAM SME's, across multiple workstreams.
Manage IAM Programme planning, Programme/Project budgets, escalations, working closely with the project teams to resolve issues/problems
Weekly / Monthly reporting on IAM programme to leadership team, and C-X forums
Work in partnership with the PAM team/Head of IAM to ensure seamless integration of change to operations
Successful IAM Programme Managers will likely:
Have a demonstrable track-record managing a large IAM Team/Programme for a global institution
Posses strong leadership and people management skills. Good presentation skills.
Have sound knowledge of privileged access management. Knowledge of CyberArk would be a distinct advantage
Have delivered IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar products.
Hold one of the following qualifications: CISSP, CISM, (although not essential)
