Job Description

Eames have partnered with a FTSE 100 insurer to hire an Incident Management Leader. The job holder will be responsible for end to end management of all Personal Lines incidents and for supporting best practice in Incident management across the group.

The incumbent will be responsible for triage of incidents, completion of root cause analysis, gaining and understanding of the underlying causes.

You will develop actions plans to resolve these incidents and any remediation necessary. You and your team will oversee the implementation of these action plans and manage the process to close incidents.

This is a senior leadership role, the successful candidate will have significant experience and understanding of incident management processes, you will be a leader having worked within a large regulated business. Understanding of Insurance operations and activities highly desirable.
