The company
This is a global insurance and reinsurance company specialising in risk assumption organisations. They function within a variety of sectors including that of Energy, Casualty and Cargo. They are now hiring an IT project manager with a background in the financial services who will be taking on some key projects to develop and improve the security posture of the company.
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Be responsible for taking control of the necessary IT projects to ensure that they are meeting the necessary targets.
- Take control of the planning of the project to ensure that it can be achieved within the time period and at the specified cost.
- Ensure that each member of the team understand the direction of the project and update management on this to ensure a clear line of communication and increase efficiency of the project.
Your Profile
- Have a degree in computer science, related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.
- Prince2 Qualification is required
- A strong understanding of Identity Access Management IAM/ IDAM)
- A good knowledge of Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)
- Worked broadly with threat protection and relevant security tools
- Have exceptional communication skills
