One of our leading clients are currently looking for a senior infrastructure engineer, with hands on technical knowledge as well as the experience of design work, to work on a range of projects across their global services team.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have the following experience:
- Extensive experience in Wintel & VMWare Engineering Design and implementation in a medium to large enterprise businesses.
- High level experience migrating Legacy Servers (Server 2003) to new estates (2012/16 or various AIX/Linux based platforms).
- Cloud migration/cloud technologies experience.
- Must have in depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 implementations, Active Directory; VMware VSphere 5.5/6, strong Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and Disaster Recovery skills.
- Scripting skills is also another pre-requisite for this role.
