One of my largest financial services client are currently looking for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Specialist to work as part of a range of BAU based projects up until the end of the year and beyond.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:
- Must have strong breadth of Microsoft Infrastructure expertise, across Desktop and Server estate (Hyper-V, VMWare, Windows 10, Active Directory, Exchange,
- Must have strong general knowledge of network topology, which includes, TCP/IP, strong concept of VLAN's/Firewalls and wireless networks.
- Would be highly desirable to have strong administrative skills across various technologies, like Avaya Telephony (or something similar), Mobile device admin (Apple/IOS) Microsoft Server (2012-2016) and Desktop admin and config experience (SCCM and others)
