One of the UK's leading London Markets insurance firms is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team in a key leadership position based in the city of London. The firm in question is one of the fastest growing firms in the city currently and are embarking a number of major changes across their tech team in 2019.
The role of Infrastructure Engineer will focus predominantly on the MS Exchange estate. Although you will look at wider IT Infrastructure initiatives you will have an SME focus on Exchange. You will also be responsible for working closely with other infrastructure SME's while working with 3rd party suppliers and vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the exchange infrastructure globally.
To be considered for the role of Infrastructure Engineer you will have:
- Strong background in IT Infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft technologies
- Strong SME knowledge of MS Exchange and related
- Hands-on IT engineering experience
- Experience of working in the insurance sector is preferred
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and outsourced suppliers
