Infrastructure Platforms Engineer - Storage, VMWare, Databases
One of my large clients are working on a company-wide infrastructure upgrade programme. This role will be working as part of their technology operations team, specifically on a range of projects that are associated to upgrading the estate across storage, virtualisation, Compute and databases.
Due to the nature of the role, you must have the following to be considered:
- experience of managing Cisco HCI ESXi environment across a co-located data centre solution
- Must have strong experience in migration of virtual machines using Zerto. Create Virtual Protection Groups in Zerto for disaster recovery instances.
- Extensive infrastructure management expertise as an SME across Wintel, Unix, Database and Storage instances. specifically have been on large upgrade projects/programmes as one of the senior/lead engineers for larger enterprise customers.
