Eames Consulting is delighted to be assisting with the building out and continued expansion plans for an ambitious Lloyd's Broker. Our client is deploying the latest technology and IT systems to build the business and is looking to grow in all specialty classes.

Our client is seeking an Operations Director to work closely with the management team in setting the growth strategy. Duties will include having oversight of:

  • Finance Management & Cash Reporting
  • Compliance / HR / Legal
  • Performance, Operational, Investor and Regulatory Reporting
  • Platform Infrastructure Management
  • Strategic Projects (including product development)
  • Growth of existing teams including

Applicants will be expected to have had oversight of the highlighted subjects and will have a demonstrable track record of creating and/or running a successful insurance brokerage in the Lloyd's & London market.
