Business Analyst - Insurance Industry - Permanent £70-72k
My client is looking for a Business Analyst within the Insurance industry, having experience of Financial Services including projects, services and differing business models.

Key Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Developing working relationships to understand the existing business environment, business needs and eliciting business requirements from stakeholders at all levels of seniority, documenting proposals for change.
- Manage the end-to-end clear traceability, maintenance, prioritisation, change control and approval mechanisms for all Business Analysis artefacts.
- Advise and assist Project Team members ensuring effective communication with other roles and projects involved with any assigned project.
- Documenting current state and future business processes as required with the business owners and conduct Gap Analysis
- Owns the delivery of Business Analysis for any assigned project, providing a high-quality service to the Project Team and business stakeholders
Desirable Business Analyst Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of the Financial Services industry including projects, services and differing business models.
- Experienced in delivering change within financial and Bordeaux systems and tools.
- Experienced in managing change with offshore developers
